Don Lovette

CEO / President

Don Lovette serves as President of Summit Electrical Group, providing leadership and strategic direction for the company’s operations, project execution, and growth initiatives. Focused on delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships, he is committed to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and quality. Under his leadership, Summit Electrical Group has earned a reputation for dependable performance and professional execution across a diverse range of electrical construction projects. Don’s emphasis on operational excellence, team development, and innovative solutions continues to support the company’s growth while creating long-term value for clients, employees, and industry partners.

Ben Smith

Vice President of Preconstruction

Ben Smith serves as Vice President of Preconstruction at Summit Electrical Group, where he leads estimating strategy and oversees preconstruction efforts across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. With more than 16 years of experience as an electrical estimator, Ben brings a deep understanding of project planning, cost analysis, and bid development, helping clients and partners achieve successful outcomes from concept through construction.

Ben holds a background in Construction Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which laid the foundation for his disciplined and detail-oriented approach to the preconstruction process. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering accurate, competitive pricing and fostering strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and project teams.

Previously from Nashville, Ben now resides in the Atlanta area, where he continues to expand his professional network and contribute to the region’s growing construction market. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he is a dedicated husband and father of three, valuing time with his family and community.

Alec Domenick

Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Alec Domenick leads the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, forecasting, cash flow        management, and performance initiatives to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation. With a strong background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, he brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to financial planning, operational efficiency, business transformation, and strategic decision-making. Known for combining financial rigor with business insight, Alec partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial visibility, manage risk, and position the organization for scalable growth while delivering lasting value to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
